About Marisa Smith

Marisa Smith has always been fascinated by how great businesses work. That curiosity turned into a career of helping leaders build stronger, healthier companies.

In 2002, she founded The Whole Brain Group, a marketing and consulting agency that grew to serve clients across the country. Like many entrepreneurs, she eventually hit a ceiling and realized she needed a better system to grow. When she discovered the Entrepreneurial Operating System, it completely changed how she operated and allowed her to step out of day-to-day management.

That experience led her to join the leadership team at EOS Worldwide, where she helped the company grow by more than 400 percent. Seeing what EOS could do for others inspired her to become an Expert EOS Implementer and dedicate her work to helping leadership teams gain clarity, accountability, and traction.

Today, she coaches and facilitates EOS sessions in Ann Arbor, Michigan, helping business owners simplify how they run their companies and get back to loving what they do.

About Beth Fahey

Beth Fahey has sat in just about every seat a leader can. From entrepreneur to overwhelmed manager to president of a national trade group. She’s worked in film, built a bakery from the ground up, and led teams through the kind of real-world challenges you can’t learn from a book.

That lived experience is exactly what she brings to the table as an EOS Implementer and leadership coach. Beth helps business owners and leadership teams get clear on what they want, build accountability, and create the kind of company people actually want to be part of.

She’s not here to sugarcoat anything. She’s here to help you cut through the noise, focus on what matters, and lead in a way that feels more grounded, more human, and way more effective.
